Actually, it has gotten better as they have worked to simplify the insurance process by allowing us to electronically sign documents, upload my health insurance to receive deductions from my bill and always reminded us when there is action needed on our end to continue receiving those benefits! In addition, they are extremely knowledgeable on the current trends when it comes to insurance. Any deviation in my billing they are able to explain the reasons and future expectations.
